1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Zoorator Private Limited (“Zoorator”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to customers, service partners, vendors, employees, and any person interacting with Zoorator via any channel (app, social media, WhatsApp, phone, websites, or offline).
By using or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Zoorator is a platform that connects customers with independent, verified service professionals for services including but not limited to:
- Full home and commercial cleaning
- Appliance repair and maintenance
- Plumbing and electrical services
- Other household and commercial tasks as listed from time to time
Zoorator acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers. The service providers are independent professionals and not employees of Zoorator.
3. Booking, Scheduling, and Payment
3.1 Booking Procedure
- Customers can book services via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or through partner websites and applications.
- Accurate and complete information including service address, preferred time, and service type must be provided.
3.2 Payment Methods
- Payments can be made online in advance or in cash/UPI post-service.
- In case the customer pays directly to the service provider, the service provider is responsible for remitting Zoorator’s commission.
- If the customer pays Zoorator, we will transfer the service partner’s share after service completion.
3.3 Extra Work & Price Adjustments
- Any work beyond the defined scope will incur additional charges. Such work must be mutually agreed upon and updated in the job record.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations must be informed at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- If cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of up to ₹299 may be applicable.
- If the service partner visits the location and the service is cancelled by the customer, no refund will be issued.
4.2 Extra Work-Related Cancellations
- If the customer initiates extra work or modifies the scope of service, and later cancels, no refund will be provided.
4.3 Zoorator-Initiated Cancellations
- Zoorator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in case of unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any prepayment will be refunded.
5. Commission & Service Partner Obligations
- Service providers must remit the agreed commission to Zoorator if the customer pays them directly.
- Commission must be paid within 24 hours of service completion.
- Repeated delays or evasion will lead to suspension or permanent delisting.
6. Misconduct and Breach of Trust
Zoorator has zero tolerance for fraud, dishonesty, or misrepresentation by any stakeholder (customer, service provider, employee). The following may result in immediate and permanent termination of the relationship without prior notice:
- Providing false information to or about Zoorator
- Encouraging customers or providers to bypass Zoorator for direct deals
- Harassment, threats, or unethical behavior
- Commission evasion or manipulation of invoices
- Misuse of Zoorator branding or impersonation
7. Liability and Limitations
- Zoorator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- In case of verified damage due to a service, Zoorator may offer compensation up to ₹10,000, following a proper investigation.
- Customers must ensure supervision of services when valuables are involved.
- Zoorator is not liable for services extended beyond the booked scope.
8. Quality, Training & Supervision
- Zoorator ensures background checks and basic training for service providers.
- Customers are encouraged to provide real-time feedback to improve quality.
- Zoorator regularly audits partners for compliance with service standards.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Cooperate with service partners
- Ensure access to the service location
- Not engage in verbal/physical abuse
- Avoid any form of discrimination
- Use services only for lawful purposes
10. Data Privacy & Security
- Zoorator only collects necessary data for booking and quality control.
- We do not sell or misuse customer or partner data.
- By engaging with Zoorator, you consent to our data handling as per Indian IT and privacy laws.
11. Promotions, Offers & Misuse
- Discounts and promo codes are non-transferable and limited to fair usage.
- Misuse (multiple accounts, fake referrals) may lead to account suspension.
12. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content used by Zoorator are the intellectual property of the company.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Amendments to Terms
Zoorator may update these Terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review the latest version. Continued use implies acceptance of all modifications.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
