1. Refund Policy (for Services)
a. Service Not Delivered
If a booked service is not delivered by our partner or cancelled without notice, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
b. Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with the service delivered:
- Please raise a complaint within 4 hours of service completion.
- Our team will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund, or a free re-service, depending on the situation.
c. Service Cancellation by Customer
- 4 hours before scheduled time: 100% refund.
- Less than 4 hours: Up to 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
- After service provider has arrived: No refund applicable.
c. Refund Process
- Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service/product is delivered.
- Delays caused by customer unavailability or lack of access to the premises.
- Issues arising due to misuse or negligence after service completion.
