At ZOORATOR PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with a service or product provided through our platform, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.

1. Refund Policy (for Services)

a. Service Not Delivered

If a booked service is not delivered by our partner or cancelled without notice, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

b. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the service delivered:

  • Please raise a complaint within 4 hours of service completion.
  • Our team will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund, or a free re-service, depending on the situation.

c. Service Cancellation by Customer

  • 4 hours before scheduled time: 100% refund.
  • Less than 4 hours: Up to 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
  • After service provider has arrived: No refund applicable.

c. Refund Process

  • Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service/product is delivered.
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability or lack of access to the premises.
  • Issues arising due to misuse or negligence after service completion.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return
